Incredible customer service - Welland Chevrolet in the Niagara region

My rear end seal went on my Chevy Equinox and couldn’t have come at a worse time. I was upset about it and spoke with staff, who helped with the situation and made me feel a little bit more at ease. they explained every step to me about what happened and what needed to be done to fix it. My vehicle was done on time and didn’t take as long as I thought it would at all. I explained that I need my vehicle daily for work and they said they would jump on it.
