My husband and I went looking for an SUV one morning after breakfast and the minute the sales person approached us, Dave, we already felt comfortable. He wasn't pushy, he didn't try to overwhelm us, he was very easygoing and let us kind of browse around and ask questions if we needed to. Once we chose a vehicle to test drive and we decided to go with that vehicle, we also went through financing details and the woman who did our financing, Tracy was amazing and didn't make us feel nervous or overwhelmed. She was very new at the time and she did a wonderful job at making us feel comfortable. Both of those individuals that helped us and all of the rest that we have dealt with since that interaction have been wonderful. Purchased a new 2026 Equinox EV from Welland Chevrolet about 3 weeks ago and had a great buying experience. The staff where welcoming and knowable. Jason is well informed about the product and has been very help in making the transition from a ICE to EV. They are still willing to help explain something on this car when I have questions. They never make you feel you are a burden calling for answers.
