We had a fantastic experience with Welland. Just 3 months out of our powertrain warranty, we needed a major repair. They worked with us to diagnose the issue, fit us in quickly for the repair, and gave us a loaner without us even asking. They had the best quote around. About 2/3rds the cost of our local dealer (who did nothing to negotiate price, offer us a loaner, or work with GM given how close we were to our warranty ending). Their quote was same as other auto shops around but we paid way less out of pocket and had amazing customer service and communication. They helped us when we were in a pinch, never pressured us, and were kind and courteous throughout the process. I look forward to servicing our car there in the future - we will be choosing to drive 25min to them rather than the GM dealership 5 min down the road from us.

Friendly service performed on a timely basis. Vehicle was taken for routine maintenance as well as a multipoint inspection. I would liked to have received a printed report

Markie Gauthier was my service advisor she was great. She is who I want when I bring my car in for service. She knows what she is doing. Had the other guy the last two times he was terrible. Terrible service with this guy.
