Purchased a new 2026 Equinox EV from Welland Chevrolet about 3 weeks ago and had a great buying experience. The staff where welcoming and knowable. Jason is well informed about the product and has been very help in making the transition from a ICE to EV. They are still willing to help explain something on this car when I have questions. They never make you feel you are a burden calling for answers. Also dealing with Bonnie in finance who explained everything clearly and help transfer my warranty, and making the buying experience go smoothly.

Purchased my car in St.Catharines, however was very UNHAPPY with their maintenance area. Very bad customer service, however in Welland, they treat me much better, so I will continue to receive my service there! Great people!

Jason was an amazing and accommodating associate assisting with a trade in today for me and getting me a new SUV at a good price.
